My back

Today my back hurts. It reminds me of 1999 when I had an accident and nearly broke it. Since then I never had that much pain in my back as today. But it always feels the same. I first felt it when I woke up, managed to get at my work, where the pain improved. Couldn't sit still, and even walk well. Again, I managed to get back home, and here I can't do that much, apart from hoping it's getting over very soon. It's probably a cold, but damn, it hurts.
